Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive the artwork. If you've decided to return your order within this window, contact us at hello@yesterdayclub.co for return instructions.

 

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and undamaged.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking option to ensure a smooth return process.

  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@yesterdayclub.co with clear photos of the damage or issue. We will arrange for a return and offer you either a full refund or a replacement, if available.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, you will need to return the original order and place a new order once the return is accepted.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

You can make changes to your order within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email. Simply reach out to us at hello@yesterdayclub.co or use our contact form.
After 24 hours, your order enters production and modifications may not be possible, but let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist.
